Please be a part of my 'Already Somebody' marketing and promotion team!
     

   As an independent artist and songwriter I don't have the huge budgets and large number of promotion and marketing experts that a major record label has to get their products out into the marketplace. What I do have is a streamlined plan, a necessity for being extremely creative in my marketing and the intense personal desire to have the music be a success. And I have the best resource of all which is you. If you would be willing to help I have some ideas and incentives for promoting and marketing 'ALREADY SOMEBODY'. Most are fairly simple and won't require much time or effort to accomplish.

1  I will send you an email announcing the release of 'Already Somebody' and how people can purchase it. Please forward it to everyone on your email list and encourage them to do the same. I am offering chances to win a Handspring Visor (a very cool digital notebook) for every CD purchased.

2  If you are willing to host a house concert in your home or other intimate setting, we will come. My wife Patricia Alice Albrecht and I have been performing music, poetry and stories together that seem to really touch people's hearts. I will send details if you are interested.

3  Give 'Already Somebody' as a holiday gift to friends, family, co-workers, employees, business contacts, etc. I am offering volume discounts. If you buy 200 or more I will send you a free Handspring Visor.

4  I am offering to sell or trade points on 'Already Somebody' to help me buy radio and media promotion. One point is one percent of the profit from CD sales. Share a point with friends and help to give independent music a voice. Call me for details.

5  Let me know if you have any marketing ideas that could give the CD a wider audience. I will perform at clubs, church events, psychological conferences, spiritual retreats, workshops.........anywhere that I can reach more people and share my music with them.

6  Write a review of 'Already Somebody'. Give me feedback on what you feel are the strong points and what sort of people might be a good audience.
